Rewards & Recognition
R&R directly supports employee engagement, performance, and overall organisational success.
Overview
R&R is designed to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions to an organisation. It's an approach to motivate, engage, and retain talent by demonstrating that their efforts are valued and lead to positive outcomes.
Users
An HR R&R program is a structured way to appreciate and reward employees for achievements, efforts, or behaviours that align with company values and goals.
HR View
The HR persona owns strategic design, implementation, maintenance, and overall effectiveness of the R&R program.
Nominator View
The nominator is any employee who acknowledges a colleague's contributions, achievements, or behaviours.
Panelist View
The panelist persona reviews, evaluates, and ultimately approves or rejects nominations.
User Journey
HR Journey
HR defines the types of recognition and reward programs, then provides training to employees, managers, and panelists on how to use the R&R system and effectively participate in programs.
Nominator Journey
The nominator acknowledges someone, selects the appropriate recognition or reward program, reviews the input, and formally submits the nomination into the system for tracking.
Panelist Journey
Panelists evaluate nominations against criteria, discuss nominations with other panelists when needed, make informed approval decisions, and confirm the reward to be granted.
